Good news for troops deploying after August 1,
2008! President Bush announced that tours will be
shortened from 15 months to 12 months. He also said that
officials would ensure troops have at least a year at home
between deployments. Unfortunately, the change will not affect
those already deployed.

Army Wives Project
We are currently in the process of
gathering information for a new area of the site called
R.A.W. Voices. This area will be aimed at giving the world a peek
into the lives of military families. You can help by taking a
few moments to fill out a short
survey. By doing
so, you will be entered into our monthly drawing for an item
from kour
HH6 (household Six) collection. We are also gathering
photos and videos of Military Families. Show the world what
military life is like through our eyes! If you would like to
